Shipping policy

 

Please allow 7 to 14 business days to process your order. Each product is handmade and packaged by YAYA with care. This process takes time. Once shipped, your order usually arrives within 2 to 5 business days depending on which shipping rate you selected at checkout. 

Once the product has left our facility, we are not responsible for damages or products lost in transit. Please contact USPS Customer Support here: 1 (800) 275-8777 to create a claim for your lost or damaged packages.

At the moment, we only ship to the United States.

Please be sure to double check your address. Packages returned to Yaya Creations due to insufficient address will not be reshipped. In some cases, a reshipping fee may apply IF, at our discretion, we are able to reship it.
